What happens in the room
Quiet the noise
Deep, guided breathwork with visualization. Scripture is read and prayer is spoken over the room as you breathe.
Let it go
Your nervous system settles, and whatever you walked in carrying finally has room to move. Tears are welcome here.
Stay a while
Worship, quiet journaling and small-group conversation. Take the opportunity to connect with other believers, or simply sit with what God stirred in you.
This is a space for you.
A safe space to quiet your mind and feel the presence of God.
Life gets loud. Even when your faith is strong, the noise can make God feel far away. Ruach is a place to set it all down, breathe, pause, and remember that He is always with you.
You don't need to know the Bible from cover to cover. Whether your faith is strong, has been shaken, or is just beginning, there's a seat for you. And if you're curious, you're very welcome too.
We ask that all who come do so with an open mind, ready to breathe. Allow your mind to quiet, and notice what's there.

Whoever you are, and wherever you are with God, here's what you can expect from us and from each other.
Warmth, never pressure.
You'll be met with kindness. No one will push you to explain yourself. Please come and bring whatever is on your heart and mind. Many will be more than happy to pray for you. We love a prayer request!
Open hearts all around.
Whether you've walked with Jesus for decades or you're simply curious, you'll be met with respect, and we gently ask the same of everyone in the room.

Before you come
Is this a Christian space?+
Yes. Ruach is a Christian space. We praise Jesus, and we are believers in the Bible. At each gathering, you'll hear Scripture read aloud, prayer spoken in Jesus' name, and worship music.
You don't need to be a Christian to come. Whether you're a believer, curious, or simply want to explore the experience of Ruach, we're thrilled to share it with you and welcome all, as Christians are called to do.

What is breathwork, exactly?+
It's a guided pattern of deep breathing that helps your body shift out of stress mode. You'll lie down on a mat, and we'll provide blankets and eye masks. All you need to do is follow the prompted breathing and visualization. You can slow down or stop at any time.
Will anyone touch me?+
Only if you say yes. Some people find light, supportive touch grounding during breathwork, like a hand on the shoulder, arm or head, or someone resting a hand on you as they pray. Before we begin, we'll ask whether light touch is okay for you. You can say no, and you can change your mind at any point during the session.
Is this therapy?+
No. Ruach is an interactive experience. It does not replace therapy or medical care.
What should I bring?+
Comfortable clothes, a journal if you have one, and an open mind. We'll share full details before each gathering.
When and where is the first gathering?+
Ruach will begin in Miami, Florida, with a target launch date of October 2026. Check back here for the exact date.
